Shake Your Soul®  4-Week Series

WHAT: A Relaxing and Energizing Movement Class
FOR: Anyone and Everyone  (No dance experience necessary)

 This is a sign-up class only. Class cards can not be used. Pre registration required. Payment must be mailed in by March 17, 2010.

  •         Hypnosis for Weight Loss

    Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness which lies between awake and asleep.  It is generally brought about by the use of any combination of concentration, relaxation, suggestion, and expectation.

    Hypnosis is a highly effective and safe tool to provide long lasting and permanent results for weight loss.

    Judy Giovangelo, is a certified YogaKids & Hatha Yoga Teacher.  She is a certified workshop facilitator through It Takes a Village to Raise a Child.  Judy has been working with adults, children and families for many, many years through the practices of yoga, meditation and the healing and expressive arts.  After closing her yoga & art studios in Medway two years ago, Judy has been working in and around the MetroWest and Boston Areas through local yoga and healing centers, schools and businesses through her new company CircleWorks.  She is a Certified Reiki, Solfeggio Tuning Fork and Intuitive Healer, trained medium and Hypnotherapist. 

    Please Register for this workshop by March 15, 2010.

Series Guidelines:

The series cost will be paid in full by the due date before I participate.

In the event I miss a class from this 4 Week Series there will be no make ups – no exceptions.

There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers for this series.                 

A series entails that I will make the commitment to myself – for the length of time the series is running – in order to let myself be fully present…
