Gentle Yoga (I/II/III)
This class is great for beginners (newbies) as well as practicing students to come and unwind after a busy day. The class focuses on building strength and relaxation through warm ups and a mixed series of postures as well as incorporating a mini gentle flow. This class calms and gently stretches the body for that relaxing EASE into the evening that you are looking for.
Hatha Yoga (II/III)
This class is for seasoned yogi's and those who have some experience with yoga. The practice incorporates mini flows and sitting & standing asanas. Other styles of yoga are also introduced during this practice.
Evening Flow (II/III)
This class is great for those who want a little bit more of a challenge in the evening after a hard day of work. The class consists of a series of evening flows and standing asanas that give strength and challenge your arms, legs and core. De-stress from the world around you and end on a meditative note that is a perfect way to end the night. (Previous yoga experience encouraged!)
Gently Heated Slow Yoga Flow (II/III)
The class consists of a series of vinyasa flows in combination with standing asanas that will energize your day. Poses will be held for several breaths to bring power and heat to the body encouraging endurance and stamina. Gently heated implies that the class will be heated between 70-75 degrees allowing for a heated practice without bringing the temperature to an uncomfortable place.

III - Seasoned (Practicing Yoga for 2 years or more)
